Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for using Ezzy Platform.

Ezzy Platform connects customers with independent service providers across various categories, including transportation, healthcare, wellness, sports, food, home services, and more.

As a booking platform, refund eligibility may vary depending on the policies of each service provider.


2. Booking Cancellations

Customers may cancel bookings subject to the cancellation policy of the selected service provider.

Cancellation terms, fees, and refund eligibility are displayed during the booking process where applicable.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

  • The service provider cancels the booking.
  • Duplicate or incorrect payments were made.
  • Payment was processed successfully but the booking was not confirmed.
  • Other situations approved by the service provider and Ezzy Platform.

Refund requests that do not meet the provider’s cancellation policy may not be approved.


4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Unless otherwise stated by the service provider, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Missed appointments (No-Shows)
  • Services already completed
  • Late cancellations beyond the allowed cancellation period
  • Promotional, discounted, or special offer bookings

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact the service provider or Ezzy Customer Support.
  2. Provide your booking reference number.
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. Our team will review the request together with the service provider.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Processing times may vary based on the payment method used.


7. Changes to Bookings

Some bookings may be rescheduled instead of cancelled, subject to provider availability and their booking policy.

Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.


8. Returns

Since Ezzy Platform primarily facilitates bookings for services, physical product returns are generally not applicable unless specifically offered by a participating service provider.

If a provider sells physical products through the platform, their individual return policy will apply.


9. Disputes

If you believe a refund decision is incorrect, you may contact Ezzy Customer Support.

We will work with both parties to review the matter fairly; however, final decisions regarding service delivery may rest with the independent service provider where permitted by law.
