Ezzy.ph is a technology platform only and does not own, operate, manage, employ, control, manufacture, prepare, or directly provide the products or services offered by independent providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each independent provider is solely responsible for the products and services they offer.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ezzy.ph only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the rights, safety, security, or experience of other users.

You may use Ezzy.ph to:

  • Customer support.

Providers must ensure that all information published on Ezzy.ph remains accurate, complete, and current.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users must not:

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

  • Pricing.
  • Availability.
  • Delivery or fulfillment.
  • Professional qualifications.
  • Licenses and permits.

Ezzy.ph facilitates listings, bookings, reservations, appointments, communications, and payments but is not a party to the contract between customers and independent providers except where expressly stated.

9. Enforcement

If a user violates this Policy, Ezzy.ph may, at its sole discretion and where appropriate:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability
