Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Welcome to EZZY, a technology marketplace powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, booking changes, order cancellations, service cancellations, and related payment matters are handled across the EZZY ecosystem.

The EZZY ecosystem includes specialized platforms and services such as EZZYSTAY, EZZYDRIVE, EZZYCARE, EZZYWELL, EZZYCOURT, EZZYWORK, EZZYLEARN, EZZYFOOD, EZZYPARK, EZZYHOME, EZZYPETS, EZZYLAW, EZZYRIDE, and EZZYSHOTS, as well as other services that may be introduced in the future.

Because each EZZY division connects customers with different types of independent vendors and service providers, cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the service, provider, booking, order, or transaction.

By using EZZY or completing a transaction through any EZZY division, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy and any specific cancellation or refund terms disclosed before completing your transaction.

1. EZZY’s Role

Technology Marketplace

EZZY serves as a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors, Partners, businesses, professionals, and service providers.

EZZY may facilitate:

  • Bookings and reservations
  • Service requests
  • Orders
  • Payments
  • Refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Vendor payouts
  • Customer-provider communications

Unless expressly stated otherwise, EZZYTech IT Solutions does not own, operate, employ, manage, supervise, or control the independent providers offering products or services through the Platform.

The actual provider remains responsible for delivering the product or service purchased by the customer.

2. Cancellation Terms

Provider-Specific Policies

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the EZZY division, provider, product, service, booking, or transaction.

Before completing a transaction, customers should review the cancellation terms displayed on the Platform, including:

  • Cancellation deadlines
  • Refund eligibility
  • Cancellation charges
  • Non-refundable conditions
  • No-show policies
  • Rescheduling conditions
  • Other applicable provider requirements

Where a provider has established specific cancellation conditions, those conditions may apply to the transaction.

Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel a booking, order, reservation, or service request where cancellation is available.

Whether a refund is provided depends on the applicable cancellation terms.

Some transactions may qualify for a full refund, partial refund, credit, rescheduling, or no refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds

A customer may be eligible for a full refund where:

  • The transaction is cancelled within an applicable free-cancellation period.
  • The provider cancels a confirmed transaction for reasons within the provider’s control.
  • The provider cannot reasonably provide the confirmed product or service.
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
  • The applicable provider policy provides for a full refund.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply where:

  • The customer cancels after the free-cancellation period.
  • The provider’s cancellation policy provides for a partial refund.
  • Part of a service has already been provided.
  • Certain non-refundable charges apply.
  • The transaction has other disclosed refund conditions.

No Refund

A transaction may be non-refundable where:

  • It is specifically identified as non-refundable before purchase.
  • The cancellation occurs after the applicable cancellation deadline.
  • The customer fails to attend or use the booked service without an eligible cancellation.
  • The applicable provider policy states that no refund is available.
  • The applicable law permits the provider to retain the applicable amount.

4. Provider Cancellations

Cancellation by a Vendor or Partner

If an independent vendor or Partner cancels a confirmed transaction, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances and applicable policy.

Where appropriate, EZZY may assist the customer in:

  • Requesting a refund.
  • Finding an alternative provider.
  • Rescheduling the transaction.
  • Resolving the issue with the provider.

Repeated or unjustified provider cancellations may result in account restrictions, suspension, removal of listings, or other action under EZZY’s Platform policies.

5. Service-Specific Applications

EZZY Ecosystem

Cancellation and refund rules may differ across the EZZY divisions.

EZZYSTAY may involve accommodation reservations, check-in and check-out dates, no-shows, and property-specific cancellation rules.

EZZYDRIVE may involve driving lessons, training sessions, instructor schedules, and lesson cancellations.

EZZYCARE may involve scheduled care-related services and provider availability.

EZZYWELL may involve wellness appointments, scheduled sessions, and provider-specific cancellation periods.

EZZYCOURT may involve court or facility reservations, scheduled playing periods, and venue cancellation rules.

EZZYWORK may involve coworking spaces, meeting rooms, offices, and workspace reservations.

EZZYLEARN may involve tutoring, training, classes, and scheduled learning sessions.

EZZYFOOD may involve food orders, preparation, delivery, pickup, and order-specific cancellation conditions.

EZZYPARK may involve parking reservations, scheduled parking periods, and facility availability.

EZZYHOME may involve scheduled home services, appointments, service visits, and provider availability.

EZZYPETS may involve pet-related services, scheduled appointments, bookings, and provider availability.

EZZYLAW may involve consultations, appointments, professional services, and provider-specific cancellation conditions.

EZZYRIDE may involve transportation, vehicle bookings, rentals, and scheduled transportation services.

EZZYSHOTS may involve photography bookings, scheduled sessions, photographers, locations, and preparation requirements.

The specific cancellation and refund terms displayed for a particular transaction take precedence where they provide additional details specific to that service.

6. Rescheduling and Booking Changes

Changing a Transaction

Where supported, customers may request to change:

  • Booking dates
  • Appointment times
  • Service schedules
  • Number of participants
  • Selected services
  • Other applicable booking details

Changes are subject to availability and the provider’s applicable policies.

Additional charges may apply where disclosed before the change is confirmed.

A change to a booking does not automatically create a refund unless the applicable policy provides for one.

7. No-Shows

Failure to Attend or Use a Service

If a customer fails to attend, collect, use, or otherwise participate in a scheduled service without cancelling within the applicable cancellation period, the transaction may be treated as a no-show.

No-show refunds depend on the applicable provider policy.

Examples may include:

  • Failure to check in at an accommodation.
  • Failure to attend a driving lesson.
  • Failure to attend a learning session.
  • Failure to attend a wellness appointment.
  • Failure to use a court reservation.
  • Failure to attend a photography session.
  • Failure to appear for a scheduled home or pet service.

8. Food and Order Cancellations

Orders Already Being Prepared

For EZZYFOOD and other order-based services, cancellation may become unavailable once the vendor has begun preparing, processing, or fulfilling the order.

Where cancellation remains available, the customer will be informed of any applicable refund or cancellation conditions.

If an order cannot be fulfilled by the vendor, the customer may be eligible for a refund or other appropriate resolution.

9. Platform Service Fee

Current 11% Platform Service Fee

EZZY currently charges a Platform Service Fee of 11% on applicable completed transactions processed through the Platform.

The Platform Service Fee supports the operation and sustainability of EZZY, including:

  • Platform infrastructure
  • Technology development and maintenance
  • Payment processing
  • Customer and vendor support
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Marketing and platform promotion
  • Administrative and operational costs

Refund of the Platform Service Fee

The treatment of the Platform Service Fee in a refund may depend on the reason for cancellation, applicable provider terms, payment processing requirements, and applicable law.

Where a transaction qualifies for a full refund under EZZY’s applicable refund rules, EZZY may refund the applicable Platform Service Fee where appropriate.

Where a cancellation results in a partial refund, cancellation charge, or non-refundable transaction, the Platform Service Fee may be retained to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed for the transaction.

EZZY reserves the right to modify the Platform Service Fee from time to time in accordance with the Terms of Use.

10. Payment Processing

Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, banks, financial institutions, or payment service providers.

Refund processing may therefore depend on the relevant payment provider.

Once EZZY or the applicable provider initiates an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

EZZY does not control processing times imposed by third-party financial institutions.

11. Vendor Payouts

Payout Adjustments

Vendor and Partner payouts may be affected by:

  • Customer refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Chargebacks
  • Disputes
  • Platform Service Fees
  • Payment processing adjustments
  • Other authorized deductions

If a refund is issued after a vendor has already received the corresponding payout, EZZY may deduct the applicable amount from a future payout or otherwise recover the amount where permitted by applicable agreements and law.

12. Disputes and Refund Requests

Requesting Assistance

Customers should first contact the applicable vendor or Partner regarding a cancellation or refund issue where appropriate.

If the issue cannot be resolved, the customer may contact EZZY through the available support channels.

When submitting a refund or dispute request, EZZY may request:

  • Booking or order information
  • Transaction reference
  • Payment details
  • Relevant communications
  • Photos or other supporting evidence
  • Details regarding the issue

EZZY may review available information and communicate with the relevant provider before determining the appropriate next steps.

13. Unauthorized Transactions

Payment Security

If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact EZZY as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, contact your bank or payment provider.

EZZY may investigate suspected unauthorized transactions and may suspend accounts or transactions where necessary to protect users and the Platform.

14. Chargebacks

Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact EZZY before initiating a chargeback where a transaction dispute can reasonably be resolved through the Platform.

Unnecessary or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions or other appropriate action.

EZZY reserves the right to provide transaction information to payment providers or financial institutions when responding to legitimate chargeback claims.

15. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

A transaction may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of EZZY, a vendor, Partner, or customer, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Public emergencies
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Major utility failures
  • Security incidents
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Depending on the circumstances and applicable provider policy, customers may be offered:

  • Rescheduling
  • Credits
  • Alternative services
  • Full or partial refunds
  • Other reasonable solutions

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that customers may have under applicable law.

16. Refund Processing

Approved Refunds

Once a refund is approved, EZZY or the applicable provider may initiate the refund through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refund processing times vary depending on:

  • Payment method
  • Payment gateway
  • Bank or financial institution
  • Transaction type
  • Refund processing requirements

EZZY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions after a refund has been properly initiated.

17. Refunds After Account Closure

Closed Accounts

If a customer closes their EZZY account while a refund is still pending, EZZY may continue processing the refund where applicable.

Closing an account does not automatically cancel a valid refund claim.

Similarly, vendors may remain responsible for refunds relating to transactions completed before their business account was closed, subject to applicable agreements and law.

18. Record Keeping

Transaction Records

EZZY may retain records relating to transactions, refunds, cancellations, payments, Platform Service Fees, payouts, disputes, and chargebacks for as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • BIR and tax record-keeping
  • Accounting
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Payment processing
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Legitimate business record-keeping

These records may remain after an account or business has been closed.

19. Independent Provider Responsibility

Vendor and Partner Policies

Independent vendors and Partners are responsible for complying with their applicable refund, cancellation, service, and consumer obligations.

Providers must clearly disclose applicable cancellation and refund conditions before customers complete a transaction where required.

Providers must not create refund or cancellation conditions that violate applicable laws or EZZY Platform requirements.

20. Limitation of EZZY’s Role

Marketplace Function

EZZY facilitates transactions between customers and independent providers but does not provide the underlying products or services unless expressly stated otherwise.

EZZY is not responsible for a provider’s:

  • Service quality
  • Product quality
  • Availability
  • Cancellation
  • Failure to perform
  • Customer service
  • Refund decision, except where EZZY is directly responsible for processing the applicable transaction

EZZY may assist with communication and dispute resolution but does not guarantee a particular outcome unless required by applicable law.

21. Policy Updates

Changes to This Policy

EZZY may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • EZZY services
  • EZZY divisions
  • Platform functionality
  • Payment systems
  • Platform Service Fees
  • Provider requirements
  • Business operations
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the applicable EZZY Platform.

EZZY is powered by ezzy.ph and serves as a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors, businesses, professionals, Partners, and service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EZZYTech IT Solutions does not own, employ, manage, supervise, or control independent providers offering products or services through the EZZY ecosystem.

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

EZZY respects your right to control your account, business profile, and personal information. This Account & Data Deletion page explains how customers, vendors, Partners, businesses, and service providers can close their EZZY account or business and what happens to information associated with the account.

EZZY is powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

1. Account Closure Options

The Business and My Login

If you choose “The business and my login,” your EZZY business will be closed and your EZZY sign-in will also be deleted.

Your login and password, contact details and address, and eligible verification documents associated with the account will be removed, subject to information that EZZY is legally required or permitted to retain.

Once the closure is completed, you will no longer be able to use that EZZY sign-in.

The Business Only

If you choose “The business only,” your business or vendor account will be closed while your EZZY sign-in remains active.

This option allows you to stop operating as a vendor or Partner while continuing to use your EZZY account as a customer or for other available EZZY services.

If you later wish to operate a business on EZZY again, you may be required to register a new business.

2. What Happens to Your Information?

Information That May Be Deleted

When the applicable closure is completed, EZZY will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Depending on the closure option selected, this may include:

  • Login and password information
  • Contact details and address
  • Uploaded verification documents
  • Account profile information
  • Other personal information that is no longer required

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained after your account or business is closed where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

This may include:

  • Business name
  • Booking records
  • Order records
  • Payment records
  • Transaction records
  • Payout records
  • Platform Service Fee records
  • Financial and accounting records
  • BIR and tax records
  • Records necessary to resolve or defend disputes
  • Information required by applicable laws or regulations

The retention of these records does not mean that your business remains active on EZZY.

3. Outstanding Bookings, Orders, and Services

Why Your Business May Not Close Immediately

A business closure request may not be completed while certain matters remain unresolved.

These may include:

  • Open bookings
  • Upcoming reservations
  • Pending orders
  • Active service requests
  • Pending or unreleased payouts
  • Open disputes
  • Outstanding refunds
  • Pending cancellations
  • Chargebacks
  • Other financial or contractual obligations

The closure process may continue once the outstanding matters have been completed or resolved.

4. Pending Payouts

Payout Processing

If you have pending or unreleased vendor payouts when you request business closure, those payouts may need to clear through the applicable payout process before the business closure can be completed.

For example, if your account shows ₱4,200 in payouts not yet released, that amount may need to be processed before the closure is finalized.

EZZY may also need to complete financial reconciliation before closing the business.

5. Open Disputes

Dispute Resolution

If there is an open dispute involving your business, EZZY may delay completion of the business closure until the dispute has been reviewed or resolved.

Closing a business does not eliminate obligations relating to transactions or disputes that occurred before closure.

6. Upcoming Bookings and Reservations

Future Transactions

If you have an upcoming booking or reservation after submitting a closure request, the closure may remain pending until the booking is completed or cancelled.

You generally do not need to submit another closure request.

Once the outstanding booking or reservation has been cleared, EZZY may continue processing the closure.

7. Financial and Transaction Records

Record Retention

EZZY may retain transaction, payment, payout, Platform Service Fee, refund, cancellation, dispute, and other financial records after an account or business is closed.

Records may be retained where necessary for:

  • BIR record-keeping
  • Tax compliance
  • Accounting requirements
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Payment processing
  • Fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Legitimate business record-keeping

These records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

8. Platform Service Fee Records

11% Platform Service Fee

EZZY currently applies an 11% Platform Service Fee to applicable transactions processed through the Platform.

Records relating to Platform Service Fees may be retained after a vendor or Partner closes their business where necessary for:

  • Accounting
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Tax and BIR requirements
  • Payment records
  • Vendor payout records
  • Auditing
  • Dispute resolution
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Retaining these records does not keep the vendor business active.

9. Verification Documents

Uploaded Business Documents

Verification documents submitted during vendor or Partner registration may be removed when the applicable account or business closure is completed, where they are no longer required.

However, EZZY may retain information derived from or associated with verification documents where necessary for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Dispute resolution
  • Record-keeping obligations

10. Closure Processing Period

Processed Within 30 Days

Account and business closure requests are generally processed within 30 days.

The actual completion time may depend on:

  • Outstanding bookings
  • Pending orders
  • Pending payouts
  • Open disputes
  • Refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Chargebacks
  • Verification requirements
  • Other applicable obligations

11. Canceling a Closure Request

Cancel Before Completion

You may cancel your closure request at any time before it is completed.

If your request is still pending, you may use the “Cancel this request” option available through your EZZY account.

For example, if an upcoming booking or pending payout is preventing immediate closure, you may cancel the closure request while it remains pending.

Once the closure has been completed, it may not be possible to reverse the action.

12. Closure Feedback

Why Are You Closing?

EZZY may ask why you are closing your account or business.

Providing a reason is optional.

Feedback may be used to understand user and vendor experience and improve EZZY services.

Choosing not to provide feedback will not prevent you from requesting closure.

13. Business Name Confirmation

Security Verification

For security purposes, EZZY may require you to enter or confirm your business name before submitting a business closure request.

This helps ensure that the person requesting closure is authorized to close the business.

EZZY may also require reasonable account verification where necessary to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.

14. How to Close Your Account or Business

Through Your EZZY Account

Where the account closure feature is available:

  1. Sign in to your EZZY account.
  2. Open your account or vendor settings.
  3. Select “Close Account.”
  4. Choose either:
    • “The business and my login”, or
    • “The business only.”
  5. Review the information presented.
  6. Optionally provide a reason for closing.
  7. Enter your business name to confirm.
  8. Submit your closure request.
  9. Resolve any outstanding bookings, orders, payouts, disputes, refunds, or cancellations if required.
  10. Wait for the closure to be processed.

The status of your closure request may be displayed in your EZZY account while it is being processed.

15. If Your Closure Is Blocked

Outstanding Items

If your business cannot be closed immediately, EZZY may show the items that must first be resolved.

For example:

You can’t close this account yet. Three things are still open:

3 bookings still open
Complete or cancel them first.

₱4,200 in payouts not yet released
These clear on the next payout run.

1 open dispute
EZZY will resolve this with you before you can close.

The number and type of outstanding items may vary depending on your account.

If you believe the information displayed is incorrect, you may contact EZZY for assistance.

16. After Business Closure

The Business Only

If you select “The business only,” your business will be closed while your EZZY login remains active.

You may continue using your login for available customer services and other EZZY services.

If you later want to operate as a vendor again, you may need to register a new business.

The Business and My Login

If you select “The business and my login,” both the business and associated EZZY sign-in will be closed.

You will no longer be able to access that EZZY account after the closure is completed.

17. Public Business Information

Closed Businesses

Once a business is closed, it will no longer operate as an active vendor or Partner on EZZY.

Certain historical information may nevertheless be retained or displayed where reasonably necessary for:

  • Transaction records
  • Legal compliance
  • Accounting
  • Dispute resolution
  • Fraud prevention
  • Platform integrity

18. Third-Party Services

External Providers

Information associated with your EZZY account may also have been processed by third-party services, including:

  • Payment gateways
  • Banks and financial institutions
  • Identity verification providers
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Analytics services
  • Communication providers
  • Other technology providers

These providers may retain information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and legal obligations.

Where applicable, you may need to submit a separate deletion request directly to the relevant third-party provider.

19. Account Deletion and EZZY Privacy

Privacy Policy

Account and business deletion is also governed by the EZZY Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how EZZY collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains personal information.

Account closure does not automatically require the deletion of information that EZZY is required or permitted to retain under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.

EZZY is powered by ezzy.ph and serves as a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors, businesses, professionals, Partners, and service providers. Closing an account or business does not affect EZZY’s ability to retain information required for BIR record-keeping, tax and accounting purposes, financial records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Welcome to EZZY, a technology marketplace powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

This Payments Policy explains how payments, payment processing, transaction confirmations, payment-related issues, refunds, and vendor payouts may be handled when using EZZY and its services.

Because EZZY connects customers with independent vendors, Partners, businesses, professionals, and service providers, payment methods, processing times, fees, refunds, and payout arrangements may vary depending on the service and transaction.

By using EZZY or completing a transaction through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Payments Policy, the Terms of Use, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other applicable EZZY policies.

1. EZZY’s Role in Payments

Technology Marketplace

EZZY provides technology that may facilitate payments between customers and independent vendors, Partners, businesses, professionals, and service providers.

Depending on the applicable EZZY service, EZZY may facilitate:

  • Payment initiation
  • Payment confirmation
  • Transaction records
  • Refund processing
  • Cancellation-related payment adjustments
  • Vendor and Partner payouts
  • Payment-related communications
  • Other transaction-related functions

EZZY may use authorized third-party payment providers to process payments.

EZZY does not necessarily directly process, hold, or store payment funds or payment credentials for every transaction.

The actual payment processing arrangements may depend on the payment provider used for the transaction.

Independent Providers

Vendors and Partners remain responsible for the products or services they provide to customers.

Payment through EZZY does not change the independent business relationship between the customer and the provider.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Available Payment Methods

Depending on the EZZY service, location, transaction, and available payment provider, customers may be able to pay using methods such as:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • GCash
  • Maya
  • Bank or online banking payment methods
  • Other digital payment methods
  • Other payment methods made available through EZZY

The payment methods available to a customer may vary depending on the service, transaction, payment provider, location, and other applicable conditions.

EZZY may add, remove, suspend, or modify available payment methods from time to time.

3. Payment Processing

Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, payment service providers, banks, financial institutions, or other payment providers.

These providers may have their own:

  • Terms and conditions
  • Privacy policies
  • Security requirements
  • Transaction limits
  • Processing times
  • Verification procedures
  • Fees and charges

Customers may be required to agree to the applicable terms of the payment provider when completing a transaction.

Payment Authorization

A payment may require authorization, verification, authentication, or other security procedures before it can be completed.

A transaction is not considered successfully paid until the applicable payment provider confirms the payment or EZZY receives appropriate confirmation.

4. Payment Confirmation

Successful Payments

After a successful payment, EZZY may provide a payment confirmation, booking confirmation, order confirmation, receipt, or other transaction information.

Customers should retain their transaction reference or confirmation for future inquiries.

A payment confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the underlying product or service will be provided if the provider later cancels or is unable to fulfill the transaction.

Applicable cancellation and refund rights are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable provider terms.

Pending Payments

A payment may remain pending while the payment provider completes processing, verification, or authorization.

Customers should avoid submitting multiple payments for the same transaction while a payment remains pending unless instructed to do so.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

Payment Failure

A payment may fail, be declined, or remain incomplete for reasons including:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect payment information
  • Expired payment credentials
  • Bank restrictions
  • Payment provider restrictions
  • Security or fraud checks
  • Technical issues
  • Transaction limits
  • Network or connectivity problems
  • Other reasons determined by the payment provider

If a payment fails, the customer may be required to use another available payment method.

EZZY is not responsible for payment failures caused by a customer’s bank, financial institution, payment provider, or other third party.

6. Duplicate Payments

Duplicate Transactions

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact EZZY as soon as reasonably possible.

EZZY may review the transaction records and, where appropriate, coordinate with the applicable payment provider or vendor.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Transaction reference
  • Payment confirmation
  • Date and time of payment
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method
  • Other relevant information

Where a duplicate charge is confirmed and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment provider and refund procedures.

7. Payment Fees and Charges

Platform Service Fee

EZZY currently charges an 11% Platform Service Fee on applicable completed transactions processed through the Platform.

The Platform Service Fee is governed by the Terms of Use and may be subject to change.

Where applicable, the Platform Service Fee may be deducted from the transaction before the remaining amount is released to the vendor or Partner.

Payment Processing Fees

Additional payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method or third-party payment provider.

Where applicable, customers or vendors will be informed of applicable charges before or during the relevant transaction.

EZZY does not control fees independently imposed by banks, financial institutions, card issuers, or third-party payment providers.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Applicable Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed primarily by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable provider-specific cancellation terms.

Depending on the transaction, a customer may be eligible for:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Credit
  • Rescheduling
  • Other applicable resolution
  • No refund

Customers should review the applicable cancellation and refund terms before completing a transaction.

Refund Processing

Once an approved refund is initiated, the time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment method, payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

EZZY cannot guarantee the exact time required for a third-party financial institution to complete a refund.

9. Vendor and Partner Payouts

Payout Processing

Where applicable, vendors and Partners may receive payouts for completed transactions after applicable deductions and adjustments.

Payouts may be affected by:

  • Platform Service Fees
  • Refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Chargebacks
  • Disputes
  • Payment processing adjustments
  • Other authorized deductions

Payout Timing

Payout timing may depend on:

  • Transaction completion
  • Payment provider requirements
  • Refund periods
  • Disputes
  • Fraud and security checks
  • Banking schedules
  • Payment processing schedules
  • Other applicable requirements

EZZY does not guarantee an exact payout date where processing depends on third-party providers or circumstances outside EZZY’s reasonable control.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customer Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact EZZY regarding payment issues before initiating a chargeback where the issue can reasonably be resolved through the Platform.

EZZY may review transaction information and communicate with the applicable vendor or payment provider when investigating a payment dispute.

Chargebacks

Customers who initiate a chargeback may be subject to applicable payment provider procedures.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, suspension, or other appropriate action.

EZZY may provide relevant transaction information to authorized payment providers, banks, or financial institutions when responding to legitimate chargeback claims.

11. Unauthorized Transactions

Payment Security

If you believe a payment or transaction was made without your authorization, you should contact EZZY as soon as reasonably possible.

You should also contact your bank, card issuer, or applicable payment provider where appropriate.

EZZY may investigate suspected unauthorized transactions and may suspend or restrict accounts or transactions where necessary to protect users and the Platform.

12. Payment Security

Protecting Payment Information

EZZY takes reasonable measures to support the security of transactions and payment-related information.

Where third-party payment providers are used, payment information may be processed directly by those providers according to their security practices and policies.

Customers should never provide passwords, authentication codes, PINs, or other sensitive security credentials to another user, vendor, Partner, or person claiming to represent EZZY unless the information is specifically required through an authorized payment or verification process.

EZZY will not knowingly request sensitive authentication information through unofficial communication channels.

13. Vendor Payment Responsibilities

Accurate Payout Information

Vendors and Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout and payment-related information when required.

This may include:

  • Bank account information
  • Payment account information
  • Business information
  • Tax-related information
  • Other information required for payout processing

Vendors and Partners are responsible for ensuring that their payout information remains accurate and current.

EZZY is not responsible for delays or failed payouts caused by incorrect information provided by the vendor or Partner.

14. Taxes and Financial Obligations

Vendor Responsibility

Vendors and Partners are responsible for their own applicable tax, accounting, reporting, licensing, and financial obligations arising from their businesses and transactions.

EZZY may maintain transaction and payment records where required or reasonably necessary for:

  • BIR record-keeping
  • Tax compliance
  • Accounting
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Payment processing
  • Fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Legitimate business record-keeping

15. Transaction Records

Payment Records

EZZY may maintain records relating to:

  • Payments
  • Bookings
  • Orders
  • Refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Platform Service Fees
  • Vendor payouts
  • Chargebacks
  • Payment disputes
  • Transaction references
  • Other financial activity conducted through the Platform

These records may be retained after an account or business is closed where required or reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

16. Third-Party Payment Providers

External Providers

EZZY may work with third-party payment providers, banks, financial institutions, and other authorized service providers to facilitate transactions.

These third parties may independently process payment information and may have their own policies, terms, security procedures, and legal obligations.

EZZY is not responsible for independent services controlled by third-party payment providers.

Where appropriate, customers and vendors may need to contact the applicable payment provider directly regarding payment matters that are controlled by that provider.

17. Payment Availability

Service Availability

EZZY does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

Payment methods may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical problems
  • Security measures
  • Payment provider outages
  • Banking issues
  • Network problems
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Other circumstances outside EZZY’s reasonable control

EZZY may temporarily suspend a payment method where necessary to protect users, vendors, Partners, or the Platform.

18. Account Closure and Payments

Outstanding Transactions

Closing an EZZY account or vendor business does not automatically cancel outstanding financial obligations.

Before closure is completed, there may be outstanding:

  • Payments
  • Refunds
  • Payouts
  • Chargebacks
  • Disputes
  • Cancellations
  • Other financial obligations

EZZY may continue processing applicable transactions, refunds, payouts, or financial records after an account or business has been closed where necessary.

19. Policy Updates

Changes to This Policy

EZZY may update this Payments Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • EZZY services
  • Payment methods
  • Payment providers
  • Platform functionality
  • Platform Service Fees
  • Security practices
  • Business operations
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the applicable EZZY Platform.

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Welcome to EZZY, a technology marketplace powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

This Deals & Rewards Policy explains how promotional deals, discounts, referral rewards, loyalty rewards, promotional credits, vouchers, and other reward programs may be offered through the EZZY ecosystem.

Deals and rewards may be offered by EZZY, independent vendors, Partners, businesses, or other participating providers.

By participating in an EZZY deal, promotion, referral program, or rewards program, you agree to this Policy, the Terms of Use, and any additional terms disclosed for the specific offer.

1. Deals and Rewards

Promotional Offers

EZZY may offer or facilitate promotional offers, including:

  • Discounts
  • Promo codes
  • Vouchers
  • Special offers
  • Referral rewards
  • Loyalty rewards
  • Promotional credits
  • Cashback or similar benefits
  • Free or discounted services
  • Vendor-specific deals
  • Limited-time promotions
  • Other rewards or incentives

Each offer may have its own eligibility requirements, limitations, expiration date, and conditions.

2. Eligibility

Who May Participate

Eligibility for a deal or reward may depend on the specific program.

EZZY may make certain offers available to:

  • Customers
  • Vendors
  • Partners
  • Referrers
  • Businesses
  • Professionals
  • Service providers
  • Other eligible EZZY users

Some offers may be available only to new users, existing users, verified users, registered vendors, or other qualifying participants.

EZZY may require users to meet specific conditions before receiving a reward.

3. Referral Rewards

Vendor Referral Program

EZZY may offer a referral program that rewards eligible individuals who successfully refer vendors or service providers to EZZY.

Under an applicable referral program, an eligible referrer may receive a referral reward when:

  • The referrer successfully refers a vendor or service provider to EZZY.
  • The referred vendor or service provider completes the required registration process.
  • The referred vendor or service provider is accepted or approved to operate on EZZY where applicable.
  • The referred vendor or service provider completes qualifying transactions through EZZY.
  • The applicable transaction satisfies the requirements of the referral program.

Registration alone does not necessarily create an immediately payable referral reward.

4. 1% Referral Reward

Referral Commission

Where the EZZY referral program provides for a 1% referral reward, the eligible referrer may receive 1% of the applicable completed transaction value generated by the referred vendor or service provider through EZZY.

The 1% referral reward may be calculated from the qualifying transaction amount according to the applicable referral program rules.

For example, if a referred vendor completes a qualifying transaction of ₱10,000, the applicable referral reward would be ₱100, subject to the program’s applicable conditions, deductions, exclusions, and payout requirements.

The referral reward is intended to reward the person who successfully referred and helped bring the vendor or service provider onto the EZZY Platform.

5. When Referral Rewards Are Earned

Qualifying Transactions

A referral reward is generally earned only after the referred vendor’s qualifying transaction has been successfully completed.

A transaction may not qualify if it is:

  • Cancelled
  • Refunded
  • Reversed
  • Disputed
  • Charged back
  • Fraudulent
  • Unpaid
  • Otherwise excluded under the applicable referral program

EZZY may wait until the applicable transaction and any related refund, cancellation, or dispute period has been completed before confirming the referral reward.

6. Referral Attribution

Identifying the Referrer

EZZY may use referral links, referral codes, registration information, vendor records, account information, or other reasonable methods to determine whether a vendor was successfully referred by a particular person.

A referral may not qualify if:

  • The vendor was already registered on EZZY.
  • The vendor had already been contacted or registered through another referral.
  • The referral information was not properly submitted.
  • The referral cannot reasonably be verified.
  • Multiple people claim the same referral.
  • The referral was generated through fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

EZZY’s determination regarding referral attribution may be based on available Platform records and applicable program rules.

7. Referral Reward Duration

Eligible Transactions

Where a referral program provides ongoing rewards, the applicable referral reward may continue for qualifying transactions generated by the referred vendor for the period specified by EZZY.

EZZY may establish:

  • A maximum reward period
  • A maximum total reward
  • A transaction limit
  • A monthly or other periodic limit
  • Other reasonable limitations

The applicable limits will be communicated through the referral program where applicable.

8. Referral Payouts

Payment of Referral Rewards

Referral rewards may be paid through a payment method made available by EZZY.

Depending on the applicable program, referral rewards may be:

  • Added to an eligible EZZY account
  • Paid through an available payout method
  • Included in a scheduled payout
  • Converted into another eligible reward
  • Subject to applicable minimum payout requirements

EZZY may delay payment of a referral reward while verifying the qualifying transaction, referral, account, or other applicable information.

9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Referral Rewards

Adjustment of Rewards

If a qualifying transaction is later cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise determined not to qualify, EZZY may:

Account or business closure requests are generally processed within 30 days, subject to outstanding transactions, payouts, disputes, refunds, cancellations, verification requirements, and other applicable obligations.

Users may cancel a pending closure request before it is completed, where the cancellation feature is available.

13. Account and Data Deletion

Deletion and Retention

When an account or business closure is completed, EZZY will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

However, closing an account or business does not require EZZY to delete information that it is required or permitted to retain.

EZZY may retain information necessary for:

  • BIR and tax record-keeping
  • Accounting
  • Financial records
  • Transaction and payout records
  • Platform Service Fee records
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Dispute resolution

  • Submit false reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Create fake reviews.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 Account & Data Deletion

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

EZZY respects your right to control your account, business profile, and personal information. This Account & Data Deletion page explains how customers, vendors, Partners, businesses, and service providers can close their EZZY account or business and what happens to information associated with the account.

EZZY is powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

1. Account Closure Options

The Business and My Login

If you choose “The business and my login,” your EZZY business will be closed and your EZZY sign-in will also be deleted.

Your login and password, contact details and address, and eligible verification documents associated with the account will be removed, subject to information that EZZY is legally required or permitted to retain.

Once the closure is completed, you will no longer be able to use that EZZY sign-in.

The Business Only

If you choose “The business only,” your business or vendor account will be closed while your EZZY sign-in remains active.

This option allows you to stop operating as a vendor or Partner while continuing to use your EZZY account as a customer or for other available EZZY services.

If you later wish to operate a business on EZZY again, you may be required to register a new business.

2. What Happens to Your Information?

Information That May Be Deleted

When the applicable closure is completed, EZZY will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Depending on the closure option selected, this may include:

  • Login and password information
  • Contact details and address
  • Uploaded verification documents
  • Account profile information
  • Other personal information that is no longer required
Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained after your account or business is closed where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

This may include:

  • Business name
  • Booking records
  • Order records
  • Payment records
  • Transaction records
  • Payout records
  • Platform Service Fee records
  • Financial and accounting records
  • BIR and tax records
  • Records necessary to resolve or defend disputes
  • Information required by applicable laws or regulations

The retention of these records does not mean that your business remains active on EZZY.

3. Outstanding Bookings, Orders, and Services

Why Your Business May Not Close Immediately

A business closure request may not be completed while certain matters remain unresolved.

These may include:

  • Open bookings
  • Upcoming reservations
  • Pending orders
  • Active service requests
  • Pending or unreleased payouts
  • Open disputes
  • Outstanding refunds
  • Pending cancellations
  • Chargebacks
  • Other financial or contractual obligations

The closure process may continue once the outstanding matters have been completed or resolved.

4. Pending Payouts

Payout Processing

If you have pending or unreleased vendor payouts when you request business closure, those payouts may need to clear through the applicable payout process before the business closure can be completed.

For example, if your account shows ₱4,200 in payouts not yet released, that amount may need to be processed before the closure is finalized.

EZZY may also need to complete financial reconciliation before closing the business.

5. Open Disputes

Dispute Resolution

If there is an open dispute involving your business, EZZY may delay completion of the business closure until the dispute has been reviewed or resolved.

Closing a business does not eliminate obligations relating to transactions or disputes that occurred before closure.

6. Upcoming Bookings and Reservations

Future Transactions

If you have an upcoming booking or reservation after submitting a closure request, the closure may remain pending until the booking is completed or cancelled.

You generally do not need to submit another closure request.

Once the outstanding booking or reservation has been cleared, EZZY may continue processing the closure.

7. Financial and Transaction Records

Record Retention

EZZY may retain transaction, payment, payout, Platform Service Fee, refund, cancellation, dispute, and other financial records after an account or business is closed.

Records may be retained where necessary for:

  • BIR record-keeping
  • Tax compliance
  • Accounting requirements
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Payment processing
  • Fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Legitimate business record-keeping

These records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

8. Platform Service Fee Records

11% Platform Service Fee

EZZY currently applies an 11% Platform Service Fee to applicable transactions processed through the Platform.

Records relating to Platform Service Fees may be retained after a vendor or Partner closes their business where necessary for:

  • Accounting
  • Financial reconciliation
  • Tax and BIR requirements
  • Payment records
  • Vendor payout records
  • Auditing
  • Dispute resolution
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Retaining these records does not keep the vendor business active.

9. Verification Documents

Uploaded Business Documents

Verification documents submitted during vendor or Partner registration may be removed when the applicable account or business closure is completed, where they are no longer required.

However, EZZY may retain information derived from or associated with verification documents where necessary for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Dispute resolution
  • Record-keeping obligations

10. Closure Processing Period

Processed Within 30 Days

Account and business closure requests are generally processed within 30 days.

The actual completion time may depend on:

  • Outstanding bookings
  • Pending orders
  • Pending payouts
  • Open disputes
  • Refunds
  • Cancellations
  • Chargebacks
  • Verification requirements
  • Other applicable obligations

11. Canceling a Closure Request

Cancel Before Completion

You may cancel your closure request at any time before it is completed.

If your request is still pending, you may use the “Cancel this request” option available through your EZZY account.

For example, if an upcoming booking or pending payout is preventing immediate closure, you may cancel the closure request while it remains pending.

Once the closure has been completed, it may not be possible to reverse the action.

12. Closure Feedback

Why Are You Closing?

EZZY may ask why you are closing your account or business.

Providing a reason is optional.

Feedback may be used to understand user and vendor experience and improve EZZY services.

Choosing not to provide feedback will not prevent you from requesting closure.

13. Business Name Confirmation

Security Verification

For security purposes, EZZY may require you to enter or confirm your business name before submitting a business closure request.

This helps ensure that the person requesting closure is authorized to close the business.

EZZY may also require reasonable account verification where necessary to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.

14. How to Close Your Account or Business

Through Your EZZY Account

Where the account closure feature is available:

  1. Sign in to your EZZY account.
  2. Open your account or vendor settings.
  3. Select “Close Account.”
  4. Choose either:
    • “The business and my login”, or
    • “The business only.”
  5. Review the information presented.
  6. Optionally provide a reason for closing.
  7. Enter your business name to confirm.
  8. Submit your closure request.
  9. Resolve any outstanding bookings, orders, payouts, disputes, refunds, or cancellations if required.
  10. Wait for the closure to be processed.

The status of your closure request may be displayed in your EZZY account while it is being processed.

15. If Your Closure Is Blocked

Outstanding Items

If your business cannot be closed immediately, EZZY may show the items that must first be resolved.

For example:

You can’t close this account yet. Three things are still open:

3 bookings still open
Complete or cancel them first.

₱4,200 in payouts not yet released
These clear on the next payout run.

1 open dispute
EZZY will resolve this with you before you can close.

The number and type of outstanding items may vary depending on your account.

If you believe the information displayed is incorrect, you may contact EZZY for assistance.

16. After Business Closure

The Business Only

If you select “The business only,” your business will be closed while your EZZY login remains active.

You may continue using your login for available customer services and other EZZY services.

If you later want to operate as a vendor again, you may need to register a new business.

The Business and My Login

If you select “The business and my login,” both the business and associated EZZY sign-in will be closed.

You will no longer be able to access that EZZY account after the closure is completed.

17. Public Business Information

Closed Businesses

Once a business is closed, it will no longer operate as an active vendor or Partner on EZZY.

Certain historical information may nevertheless be retained or displayed where reasonably necessary for:

  • Transaction records
  • Legal compliance
  • Accounting
  • Dispute resolution
  • Fraud prevention
  • Platform integrity

18. Third-Party Services

External Providers

Information associated with your EZZY account may also have been processed by third-party services, including:

  • Payment gateways
  • Banks and financial institutions
  • Identity verification providers
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Analytics services
  • Communication providers
  • Other technology providers

These providers may retain information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and legal obligations.

Where applicable, you may need to submit a separate deletion request directly to the relevant third-party provider.

19. Account Deletion and EZZY Privacy

Privacy Policy

Account and business deletion is also governed by the EZZY Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how EZZY collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains personal information.

Account closure does not automatically require the deletion of information that EZZY is required or permitted to retain under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.

Payment Policy

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Welcome to EZZY, a technology marketplace powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

This Payments Policy explains how payments, payment processing, transaction confirmations, payment-related issues, refunds, and vendor payouts may be handled when using EZZY and its services.

  • Payments
  • Refunds
  • Payouts

Deals & Rewards Policy

Effective Date: August 23, 2026

Welcome to EZZY, a technology marketplace powered by ezzy.ph and owned and operated by EZZYTech IT Solutions.

This Deals & Rewards Policy explains how promotional deals, discounts, referral rewards, loyalty rewards, promotional credits, vouchers, and other reward programs may be offered through the EZZY ecosystem.

  • Cancel the related referral reward.
  • Deduct the related reward from a future payout.
  • Adjust the referral balance.
  • Recover improperly credited rewards where permitted by applicable law.

This is intended to ensure that referral rewards are based on legitimate completed transactions.

10. Vendor Deals and Promotions

Vendor-Specific Offers

Independent vendors and Partners may offer their own:

  • Discounts
  • Promotions
  • Special pricing
  • Vouchers
  • Bundles
  • Free services
  • Limited-time offers
  • Other promotional benefits

Vendor-specific offers are subject to the conditions disclosed by the applicable vendor.

The vendor remains responsible for honoring its advertised offer, subject to applicable law and EZZY Platform requirements.

11. EZZY Promotional Offers

EZZY Promotions

EZZY may create promotional campaigns that apply across one or more EZZY services.

Each promotion may specify:

  • Eligibility
  • Promotion period
  • Minimum transaction amount
  • Maximum discount
  • Number of uses
  • Applicable services
  • Applicable locations
  • Applicable payment methods
  • Expiration date
  • Other conditions

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined with other promotions.

12. Promo Codes and Vouchers

Using Promo Codes

Where available, promo codes and vouchers must be used according to the conditions provided with the offer.

A promo code or voucher may:

  • Have an expiration date.
  • Be limited to one use.
  • Be limited to specific services.
  • Require a minimum transaction.
  • Have a maximum discount.
  • Be limited to specific users.
  • Be subject to availability.

Promo codes and vouchers may not be sold, transferred, duplicated, or reproduced unless expressly permitted by EZZY.

13. Loyalty and Future Rewards

Additional Rewards Programs

EZZY may introduce loyalty programs, points, credits, cashback, or other rewards in the future.

The specific rules for such programs may include:

  • How rewards are earned
  • How rewards are calculated
  • How rewards are redeemed
  • Expiration periods
  • Minimum redemption requirements
  • Maximum reward limits
  • Eligible transactions
  • Restrictions
  • Other applicable conditions

Additional terms may be provided when a new rewards program is introduced.

14. Fraud and Abuse

Prohibited Reward Activities

Users must not manipulate, abuse, or attempt to exploit EZZY deals or rewards.

Prohibited activities may include:

  • Creating fake accounts to obtain rewards.
  • Referring yourself through another account.
  • Creating fake vendor registrations.
  • Creating fraudulent transactions.
  • Manipulating transaction amounts.
  • Using unauthorized referral methods.
  • Generating artificial transactions.
  • Repeatedly exploiting promotional errors.
  • Selling or transferring rewards without authorization.
  • Using rewards obtained through fraudulent activity.

EZZY may investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate action.

15. Reward Account Restrictions

Suspension or Removal

EZZY may suspend, restrict, cancel, or remove rewards where it reasonably believes that:

  • The reward was obtained fraudulently.
  • The transaction did not qualify.
  • The referral was invalid.
  • The account violated EZZY policies.
  • The user attempted to manipulate the program.
  • The reward was issued incorrectly.
  • The reward was obtained through unauthorized activity.

Where appropriate, EZZY may also suspend or terminate the related account.

16. Expiration of Rewards

Reward Expiration

Some deals, vouchers, promotional credits, referral rewards, or other benefits may have expiration dates.

Where an expiration period applies, the reward must be used or claimed within the applicable period.

Expired rewards may no longer be available and may not be replaced unless required by applicable law or expressly provided by EZZY.

17. No Cash Value Unless Stated

Rewards and Credits

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional rewards, points, vouchers, discounts, and credits:

  • Are not cash.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred.
  • Cannot be sold.
  • Cannot be used outside their intended purpose.

Where a referral program specifically provides for a monetary referral reward or payout, the applicable referral program terms will govern that reward.

18. Taxes and Reporting

Participant Responsibility

Participants may be responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting requirements, or other financial obligations associated with receiving rewards, referral payments, commissions, or other benefits.

EZZY may maintain records relating to rewards and referral payments where required for accounting, tax, BIR, financial, legal, or regulatory purposes.

19. Changes to Deals and Rewards

Program Changes

EZZY may modify, suspend, or discontinue a deal, promotion, referral program, or rewards program where reasonably necessary.

Changes may include:

  • Reward amounts
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Referral percentages
  • Reward periods
  • Transaction requirements
  • Expiration periods
  • Maximum rewards
  • Program availability

Where a specific referral or reward arrangement has already been earned under applicable terms, EZZY will handle the reward in accordance with the applicable program rules and applicable law.

20. No Guarantee of Future Rewards

Program Availability

Participation in an EZZY rewards or referral program does not guarantee that the program will remain available indefinitely.

EZZY may introduce new programs or discontinue existing programs as its services and business operations develop.

21. Account Closure

Effect on Rewards

Closing an EZZY account may affect unused rewards, promotional credits, vouchers, referral balances, or other benefits associated with the account.

Pending referral rewards may remain subject to verification and applicable payout conditions.

Rewards that have already expired, been cancelled, or determined to be invalid may not be restored after account closure.

22. Relationship to Other EZZY Policies

Applicable Policies

Deals and rewards are also subject to the applicable EZZY policies, including:

  • Terms of Use
  • Payments Policy

Where a specific promotional offer contains additional terms, those terms may apply to the specific offer.
