EZZY charges a 11% Platform Service Fee on every completed transaction. This fee is automatically deducted before your payout is released and already includes payment processing costs, allowing you to enjoy secure transactions with no separate payment gateway fees.
Your 11% Platform Service Fee helps sustain and improve the EZZY platform by supporting secure payments, platform maintenance, customer support, marketing, security, and continuous feature development. Partners remain responsible for their own applicable taxes and government obligations, and any future changes to the Platform Service Fee will be communicated in advance.

Ezzy Kiosk is a software platform, not a physical kiosk. Vendors can access it using their own compatible tablet, touchscreen display, or computer. The core features are completely free for all Ezzy vendors, with optional premium subscription plans available for businesses that need advanced tools and additional capabilities as they grow.
